showroom, workshop and warehouse
Our Head Office in Pietermaritzburg holds an extensive range of products in our showroom for you to view, Our sales team is on site ready to assist you. We have a large stock holding at our warehouse which includes spare parts as well as a wide range of products making us the largest stockist of machines, spare parts and accessories to the world’s bag making and closing industry in Africa. The spare parts that we supply are precision engineered using the highest quality materials and are fully guaranteed. Each part goes through a quality control checking process.
Our exceptional technical support and the flexibility allows us to meet your individual needs as well as your budget. We have built a unique operation that dedicates itself to the global and African markets alike, providing access to a comprehensive infrastructure of equipment and support. When it comes to repairs, our workshop technicians have received training by Union Special in Germany. This means that they are equipped with the expertise that is needed to provide you with first class service which includes complete refurbishing of machines to original manufacturers specifications.
