Sew-Rite International (SRI) was established in 1969, offering the widest range of equipment and services exclusively to the bag closing market. We have constructed a unique operation dedicated to providing the global and African market with access to a comprehensive infrastructure of equipment and support.
Sew-Rite is the largest supplier industrial bag closing machines in Africa. With a combined staff knowledge of over 135 years, we are able to provide a cost effective solution for the bag closing industry by means of stitching and heat sealing. Accrued to this, our technical support for the products we market is unparalleled.
Sew-Rite maintains a complete inventory of spares & accessories for Union Special, Newlong, Fischbein & SRI brands of bag stitching machines. Along with keeping huge stocks of a broad range of machines and premium quality bag-closing threads, all orders are subject to the same day despatch policy. Technical support is backed by a fully equipped workshop staffed with European trained technicians, which has enabled Sew-Rite to extend unequalled levels of service to the industry.

SRI Brands
Due to the exorbitant prices of branded machines, Sew-Rite has embarked on manufacturing machinery of high quality and reliability to offer to our clients. We now offer our extended range of machinery, namely the SRI brands (MKII & MKIII). The machines have been built in conjunction with brand name machines to ensure parts compatibility between European and American brands of machinery. This process has enabled us to market our bag stitching machinery at unbeatable prices without compromising on quality.
